Limbert's Loot

The Lake,
The land, &
The lodge

Three pages have recently been recovered from the personal journal of Robert Limbert, founder of Redfish Lake Lodge. These excerpts appear to be written about three specific locations around or near the lodge. Though Limbert never clearly states where the exact spots are located, it is believed that he marked each one by carving a distinct symbol nearby.Legend whispers that anyone bold enough to uncover all three symbols will earn the chance to seek out a treasure hidden by Robert Limbert himselfโ€”one that has remained undiscovered for generations.

How it works

Read through the three journal entries and use context clues, historical info, and knowledge of the land to figure out where Limbert engraved each of the symbols. Once a person or group has found all three symbols they may contact the Keeper (Garren) to share their findings. When all three symbols have been presented to the Keeper he will unlock Limbert's Scarlet Box (located outside of the chow hall) and allow the hunter to peer inside. What is locked within the
Scarlet Box is a mystery...

Rules / restrictions

IMPORTANT!
This hunt is meant to be fun and adventurous, nothing that would be considered even slightly dangerous is necessary to successfully access or locate any of the places mentioned in the journal. This includes water crossing, climbing, rappelling, or gaining access
to private areas.

Here are a few other parameters to remember when searching:- All symbols are within
1 mile of the lodge
- All symbols are outside- All symbols are carved and colored- All symbols are roughly the size of a deck of playing cards- Campsites & cabins are off limits- Tampering with the Scarlet Box will
result in a disqualification
- The Scarlet Box is NOT Limbert's Loot- Limbert's Loot is a 6" x 4" x 5" treasure chest and it is not buried
